  • You have accessed less than 25% of the course content (as determined by our system)
  • The request is made before you have completed and submitted any course assignments or projects

  • Please allow 1-2 additional billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • More than 30 days have passed since enrollment
  • You have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have completed and submitted course assignments or projects
  • The course was purchased during a promotional period that explicitly stated "No Refunds"
  • You have received a course completion certificate

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval and processing of your refund:

  • Your access to all course materials will be immediately revoked
  • You will no longer be able to view video lessons or download resources
  • You will lose access to any course communities or forums
  • Any course progress or certificates will be voided

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases involving:

  • Technical issues preventing access to course content
  • Documented medical emergencies
  • Other extenuating circumstances

Partial Refunds
